Megg and her husband Ralph did an outstanding job of representing and selling my home in Holmes Beach. They simply did a super job in preparing the house to make it attractive in all respects. Ralph and Megg were fantastic. Ralph is kind of funny too! My sisters and I were out of state sellers, and the Faillace team kept us in the loop and took care of any and all issues that came up while we were working to sell our Mother's condo from Texas.
