Megg and her husband Ralph did an outstanding job of representing and selling my home in Holmes Beach. They simply did a super job in preparing the house to make it attractive in all respects. The photos, both aerial and ground level, were very professionally done and showed my house in the very best light. Their marketing was outstanding! Megg and Ralph thoroughly researched the market in order to arrive at a recommended price that was realistic in all respects and resulted in a very fast sale at an excellent price. Ralph Faillace is definitely a five star realtor. He took the time to listen to my ideas about the housing I was looking for in terms of the unit itself, the neighborhood, and a price range I could afford. He created an itinerary of units to see which met my specifications, and on the first trip out I found exactly what I wanted. He has kept in touch with me throughout the process and kept me calm while I waited for the condo board's decision on my application. His guidance made the home buying process much easier, and his suggestions have been very helpful. It's been a pleasure to work with him.

Ralph and Megg went above and beyond to help and give us guidance throughout the selling process, including the aftermath of a direct hit from the 2024 hurricanes. They were our boots on the ground and our eyes and ears while going through the process of long distance clean-up. We are so grateful that they were by our sides the whole way.
